Virtual Consultations

Work With Me

Through virtual consults I am able to connect with you wherever you are located and in the comfort of your own home. If you think you may be interested in working with me, I offer a free 15 minute phone consult to discuss your health concerns, answer any questions you may have and let you know what my approach may be and what it’s like to work with me. My goal is to be a partner in your journey to health and educate and empower you to reach your full health potential!

Initial Consultation (90 minutes)

In the initial consult we will review your comprehensive medical health history and discuss current concerns and health goals. At the end on the consult customized nutrition, supplement and lifestyle recommendations will be provided based on a naturopathic assessment of your individualized health picture. Common health areas to address include:

  • Hormone balance
  • Adrenal function
  • Detoxification
  • Digestive function
  • Inflammation and immune support
  • Diet and Lifestyle habits
  • Thyroid health

And many many more!

The health plan will be tailored specifically to you with the goal of providing the specific support that your body needs to return to health.

Follow-up Consultation
(30-45 minutes)

Follow-up consults are typically scheduled 2-3 weeks following the initial consult in order to give you time to implement the changes and recommendations. If any testing has been recommended and completed we will review the results and adjust your health plan accordingly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Licensed naturopathic doctors (ND) attend a four-year graduate program at an accredited naturopathic medical school. They are educated in biomedical sciences such as anatomy, physiology and biochemistry as well as alternative therapies like clinical nutrition, acupuncture, botanical medicine, physical medicine and counseling.  Naturopathic education places a strong emphasis on prevention and wellness through lifestyle interventions. The curriculum also includes a clinical internship under the supervision of licensed professionals. In order to become licensed naturopathic doctors must pass two rigorous board exams (NPLEX) and they must also complete continuing education requirements as defined by their state’s law. Naturopathic doctors are currently licensed in 23 states in the US.

Anyone who is looking for personalized health and wellness support can benefit from seeing a naturopathic doctor. As a naturopathic doctor I have seen individuals with a wide variety of conditions and concerns and have always found that naturopathic medicine is very effective in addressing the root cause to help restore health.  Naturopathic medicine is also beneficial for anyone who is feeling well now but wants to focus on preventative care to ensure a healthy future.

Although insurance will cover naturopathic visits in some states, I am not able to accept insurance for virtual consults. However, you may use your HSA/FSA to pay for any of the services that I provide. If you have any questions regarding cost and payment options please contact me!

In order to prepare for you initial consult, please gather a list of current or recent medications and supplements and copies of your most recent lab work. When you book your consult you will be emailed consent and intake forms, please have these completed before the appointment.

This can very quite a lot from person to person as everyone has different obstacles to address with naturopathic care. No two people are the same! Some individuals may prefer general advice and others choose ongoing care to really address the root cause of their issues.

After the initial visit I will provide customized recommendations to can be followed and continued care allows additional support to help you achieve optimal health.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, I do ask that you cancel within 24 hours of your reserved time. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will cost you half of the consultation fee. In the unfortunate event that I have to cancel, you will be contacted at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
